Nigerian TikTok personality Peller has revealed his determination to marry his partner, Jarvis, saying he wants to end the pattern of unmarried relationships in his family.
Peller, whose real name is Habeeb Hamzat, made the statement during an appearance on The Honest Bunch Podcast, where he spoke about his family background and his plans for marriage.
According to the content creator, his parents never got married, a situation he has decided to change by starting his own marital journey.
“My parents did not get married, but I said I will break that curse. Me, I must get married,” Peller said.
He disclosed that he had told his parents about his intention to marry Jarvis, but they initially did not take the announcement seriously.
“I told my parents that I want to get married, but they did not take it seriously,” he added.
Peller also said he has made his intentions known to Jarvis and remains committed to marrying her.
“I told her that I will marry her,” he said.
Peller and Jarvis, whose real name is Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, have become one of the most followed celebrity couples on social media.
The TikTok stars got engaged after Peller proposed during a romantic outing in Accra, Ghana, in June. The proposal went viral online, drawing reactions from fans.
The couple later announced that their wedding would hold on August 1, 2026, with preparations reportedly underway.
