Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, better known as Rudeboy, has said he may not forgive his twin brother, Peter Okoye, following the prolonged dispute between them.
The singer made the statement during an interview, where he spoke about the emotional impact of the conflict and why he believes the situation has gone beyond the issues surrounding their music career.
Rudeboy said he was deeply hurt by what happened between them, describing it as a family matter involving broken trust and disappointment.
“I don’t think I can forgive my twin brother. What happened is something I never expected from my own blood,” he said.
The former P-Square member explained that the disagreement was no longer about the group or their music but about the damage caused to their relationship as brothers.
“The problem is not music. It’s deeper than that. It’s about family, trust and betrayal,” he stated.
Rudeboy said he had chosen to remain quiet on several occasions to protect the family’s image, but ongoing discussions about their relationship pushed him to address the issue publicly.
He added that while fans continue to hope for another P-Square reunion, the emotional consequences of their disagreement cannot be ignored.
According to him, rebuilding their relationship would require more than public appeals or reconciliation efforts.
The singer said he is now focused on his children, personal life and music career, adding that maintaining his peace of mind has become a priority.
The latest comments have renewed conversations among fans who had hoped the Okoye brothers would resolve their differences after reuniting in the past following years of separation.
